Atmaca Ali (1976)

Synopsis

The film tells the story of Ali, who has built a new life for himself, and the events that unfold due to his latest endeavor. Atmaca Ali, a former gangster, is now married and living a happy life with his wife and child. However, he is forced to help his old friend Rıza. In order for Rıza to be released from prison, the witnesses must die. Atmaca Ali kills the witnesses but cannot save himself from Rıza. In the end, he spreads the news that he is dead in order to deceive him. His wife Zeynep, unaware of the truth, believes Ali is dead. She then moves to another place. Ali searches for Zeynep and his son for years but cannot find them. Atmaca Ali eventually reunites with Zeynep years later. However, Zeynep has married Recep.
