Synopsis

Harry is a self-destructive write-off, fighting to reform the merciless high-stakes drug trade as part of a revolutionary cell called The Lobby, a group that uses unconventional methods to exert control over the drug trade to make it more ethical. Taxing suppliers, securing territories, and sabotaging rivals. On the surface, the cell’s work seems to give order - but that all changes once Harry finds out that he’s been fighting for the wrong side, under the hand of Diablo.
