Stella Sterling is working at her office when she receives an alert about Dr. Havoc’s whereabouts. The evil scientist has a lab in Starlight City. Cosmic Girl is ready to bring him to justice. However, Dr. Havoc has created a new device. It is the Virtue Warp Ray. It corrupts a person’s virtue. Dr. Havoc blasts Cosmic Girl with the Virtue Warp Ray! The corruption from the Virtue Warp Ray interferes with Cosmic Girl’s duties. The superheroine attempts to arrest a tech thief. The corruption leads to public humiliation.
