Biography
Pierce McCleary is a multi-disciplinary queer artist. Her special tea is documentary photography and analog film. She has been pedaling her booty off since leaving Buffalo in 2016, en route to San Francisco, where she never stopped cycling after a cross country and west coast tour. There, she got hooked on life as a bike messenger photographing all the cute mess boys and courier queens. These days she has transitioned to seafarer and can be caught sailing around the Bay, scuba diving turning tricks as a mermaid, or volunteering as a naval carpenter abroad on migrant sea rescue vessels. While she never puts down the camera, she spends her time surfing, training as a pole dancer, tattooing, and DJing in the depths of the Oakland underground.
