14-year-old Libby weighs north of 22 stone, and believes her mum is embarrassed by her size, which pushes Libby toward comfort eating. Libby now wants to turn her life around.

Sol began comfort eating after he came out as gay and his mother Rachael pulled away. Now he is embarking on a strict diet with his mother to help them mend their relationship.

18-year-old Charlotte is overweight, but is even more concerned about her dad's size. Together with her mum and sister, they embrace a new diet that could turn their lives around.
