Synopsis
Latin America has 35,000 kilometres of borders that represent the geographical limits of each country. They are also the line that separates the legal from the illegal. A very thin line that many are willing to cross. Yet, at each border, many men and women stand their ground, from the police to customs enforcement, in the hopes of stopping those who are trying to break the law.

Forbidden Fruits
On the border of Brazil and Paraguay, police arrest a woman for smuggling goods and drug trafficking; in Peru, customs seizes a shipment of marijuana camouflaged among bananas, and in Colombia.
Whiskey Fishermen
In the Gulf of Urabá in Colombia, customs officials intercepted a fishing boat smuggling whiskey. On the border between Brazil and Paraguay, police were astonished when two drunken men attempted to cross with a huge marijuana plant.
White Jungle
Peruvian police discover a drug lab in the Amazon rainforest. Meanwhile, on the border between Brazil and Paraguay, officers must subdue an irate man attempting to cross the border with suspicious documents.
High Speed
A smuggler attempts to flee across the Brazilian border and crashes his car into a police vehicle. Later that night, customs agents surprise illegal money changers at the Ipiales border crossing.

Ecuador is in turmoil as special forces raid the home of two drug traffickers, while on the Colombian borders agents combat the illegal sale of currency and the smuggling of food.
Nothing is what it seems
In a control operation at the crossing of motorcycles entering Brazil from Paraguay, an illegal shipment is discovered in a "moto-taxi" while in Colombia an agent is run over while trying to stop an illegal entry of food.
Banana Getaway
A mother and her son try to escape after being intercepted by customs at the Ecuador-Colombia border crossing, while at the Friendship Bridge in Brazil, police arrest a minor with a shipment of marijuana.
Fake but real
During a vessel inspection operation, the anti-narcotics unit in Iquitos discovered an abandoned shipment of cocaine. Meanwhile, an Argentinian family was identified by a canine unit at the Chilean-Peruvian border.
Dangerous deserts
While Chilean police patrol the deserts along the Bolivian border, in Brazil agents try to prevent the smuggling of goods. Further north, Colombian customs detain a young man with contraband goods from Ecuador.
Hot border
In northern Chile, police arrest a young man with a shipment of cocaine, and on the border of Brazil and Paraguay, customs agents raid the warehouse of a group of merchandise traffickers while an explosion could occur.
Bank loan
Customs officials in Peru discover a woman with money hidden under her clothes. And in Colombia, a repentant intern abandons a suitcase full of marijuana. At the border crossing between Colombia and Venezuela, a couple proves that love knows no borders.
Controlled delivery
In Chile, the police launch an operation against a drug trafficker. In southern Brazil, customs officials must request assistance from the military police to deal with a nervous passenger.
Above The Law
Brazilian police patrol the banks of the Paraná River, while in Chile and Ecuador customs agents intercept passengers attempting to cross in violation of regulations, and Peruvian police find a shipment of cocaine.
A dangerous oversight
On the border between Brazil and Paraguay, customs agents inspect a suspicious car at a height, while the National Force detains a couple after finding marijuana and a knife hidden in their car.
A cemetery without flowers
A Peruvian citizen is smuggling money, and a young Paraguayan man is smuggling merchandise. A couple in Colombia are not allowed to bring flowers to the cemetery. In Brazil, a man is found in possession of drugs and what appears to be a weapon.

At the Santa Rosa complex, customs workers stop a car with several passengers carrying undeclared money, and a couple is discovered trying to smuggle car parts.
Just Another Day In Paradise
In Tacna, agents inspected the luggage on a bus and found a man carrying more than thirteen kilograms of cocaine. At the Friendship Bridge, police conducted vehicle checks. Officers were to monitor the ports along the Gulf of Urabá.
Something smells fishy
In Tacna, a Peruvian citizen breaks the law and becomes aggressive. At the Friendship Bridge, EFRON agents discover a traveler hiding illegal goods inside his vehicle. A couple attempts to cross from Colombia into Venezuela.
Buried in the desert
At the Santa Rosa Border Crossing, a Peruvian woman attempted to cross with $7,000 more than the permitted amount without declaring it. At the Friendship Bridge, police officers identified a woman with contraband in her car.
Overly Confident
At the Santa Rosa Border Control, they discover a woman trying to bring in more money than allowed, then they find a large shipment of counterfeit clothing.
A Covered Face
At the Santa Rosa Border Crossing, a Peruvian citizen was caught with fifty thousand dollars in undeclared cash. At the Colchane Border Complex, agents discovered a woman who had been beaten and went in search of her attacker.
Final Resting Place
In Colombia, a group of young backpackers discover a body. Members of the Peruvian security forces patrol clandestine smuggling routes. A family crossing the Rumichaca International Bridge is detained.
Guns & Roses
At the Santa Rosa Border Crossing, an armed woman was discovered while another attempted to smuggle twelve pairs of pants while wearing them. At the Friendship Bridge, officers stopped a car that appeared to be carrying electronic equipment, but it wasn't.
Problem for mama
At the Santa Rosa border crossing, currency smuggling is a common crime, with people hiding the money. At the other border crossing in Chacalluta, a woman attempts to cross the border into Chile while being sought in Argentina.
Illegal toys
At José María Córdova International Airport, Colombian security forces are increasing security measures against organized crime. At the Friendship Bridge, a man was discovered with a large quantity of weapons.
Holy dollars
At the Border Complex, three young men attempt to cross the border illegally. At José María Córdova International Airport, the luggage of a woman posing as a nun is inspected. At the Colchane Border Post, an officer finds a man with cocaine.
