Aifric (2006)
Synopsis
The series follows the life of Aifric whose wacky family have just moved to a new town in the West of Ireland. The 14yr old wants nothing more than to fit in but feels her family will not make it easy for her. Her mother is a new-age hippy who has banned television, while her father is a wannabe rock star, not to mention her annoying little brother.

Aifric wants to try babysitting and earn some cash, but she runs into trouble from her Mam and Claudia. Things go downhill fast when she gets her first job, but Claudia soon gets a taste of her own medicine.

Sophie is very excited when the new hunk in school Dáithí asks her out. Aifric is happy for her friend - until she finds out that there's more to Dáithí than meets the eye.
