Synopsis

Set in Odisha 1817, in the backdrop of Paika Rebellion, Bakshi Jagabandhu, a rebel fights for the rights of his citizens against the British Era. Apart from the rebellion, the story focuses on his personal life. He is married to Radhamani. However, due to the latter being unable to conceive, she forcefully marries Bakshi off with Warrior-Princess Kalyani, to take the generation forward.
