Synopsis
Extremely Dangerous is a 1999 four part series for ITV starring Sean Bean as an ex-National Criminal Intelligence Service undercover agent who is convicted of the brutal murder of his wife and child. He goes on the run to try and clear his name, starting with a strange clue sent to him in prison.

Part 1
Former MI5 agent Neil Byrne, convicted of the brutal murder of his wife and child, escapes from custody and goes on the run in an attept to clear his name and find the real killer.
Part 2
Byrne, on the run from the police and the local crime syndicate, is determined to decipher the clues in a book sent to him in prison. When another murder is committed, Byrne is again the prime suspect.
Part 3
Byrne lays low in a safe house but has to break cover in an attempt to get the Patagonia codes from Governor Gregg.
Part 4
Byrne finds the final clue to the identity of the perpetrators who killed his wife and child.
