To promote his campaign, Nizar confronts Kareema and films the encounter. Nouf receives a surprise visit at the wedding venue.

Kareema manages to secure the house keys from Barira. A fatal error occurs in Abla’s operating room as part of Kareema's revenge plan.

Rasha introduces herself to Rawiya. Salsabeel interferes between Nizar and his estranged daughter. The nurse claims that Abla is showing Alzheimer's symptoms.

Abla begins to doubt her sanity as she tries to save Zuhair from the blackmailer. Muhsin tries to kidnap Nouf.

Drugged by Kareema, Abla acts erratically. Lubna tells Zuhair that she had a hand in his arrest. Nouf asks for Ma’an’s paternity test results.
