The Deathly Operation
Eng and Chang travel to England for the separation surgery. A war breaks out in Europe forcing the brothers to abandon their tour.

Something terrible happens to Chang. Tension grows between Eng and Chang. The brothers ask a doctor to perform a separation surgery on them.

Chang’s condition takes a turn for the worse because his body cannot stand traveling back and forth in the cold due to the three-day rule.

Eng reminisces happy memories with Chang. The doctor arrives to separate the brothers, but is too late. Only death can part them.
