Synopsis
In a compelling new intergenerational experiment, older adults are brought together with teenagers to see if the power of this intergenerational program can transform the lives of older people and teenagers amid an epidemic of loneliness.

Episode 1
As we introduce a new group of seniors and they meet on a bus for the very first time, they share some of their stories around loss, depression and isolation. But in a ground-breaking experiment they are meeting teenagers.
Episode 2
Week 2 is all about Brainpower with activities, including a spelling bee and a 'Flat Pack' building challenge, designed to draw out the seniors and teenagers from isolation.
Episode 3
This week is all about building confidence, with the group tackling TIK TOK dances and an intergenerational debate on ageism, held in front of the teen's parent at an Open Day.
Episode 4
It's time to get physical! The aim of the game is to raise the group's step count and have some fun along the way. The group undertake activities for both body and mind, culminating in a fun and messy Colour Walk.
Episode 5
It's the end of this world first experiment where we bring two lonely groups together - teenagers and older adults. After six weeks, we'll see if they have reduced their sense of loneliness and isolation.
