After clearing all the clutter and starting the demo, Heather and Nathan find surprise after surprise; with all the rising costs, Heather must temper her creative impulses to keep the budget in check and make sure they make money on this flip.

Ryan and Kiki have spent all their available cash on this new flip -- it's the most they've ever spent on a residential property and it's a stress test from the start! As the local real estate market takes a nose-dive, they have to make their reno period shorter and shorter to be able to turn this property around before they see their profits go down the drain.
