Synopsis

Student council president Tomomi Sakurazawa looks extremely innocent and cute, apart from her large breasts, and is very popular at her school. But the girl hides an embarrassing illness from her classmates because she suffers from hyperlactation syndrome. One day, however, she decides to share her secret with Hikaru, who also seems to be in love with her. She wants him to become her “baby” and suckle her breasts, as she produces gallons of milk that have to be removed daily, but this is an extremely labour-intensive process for her – which can only be facilitated by her sexual arousal.
