Episode 2
Construction is under way at the hospital, and Dr Russell performs a facelift at the clinic. Meanwhile, Darren and Tom prep for the arrival of their baby.

Darren and Tom are in America visiting facial plastic durgeon Dr Talei. They also welcome the arrival of their baby girl, and Dr Rhona trains a new aesthetic doctor.
Episode 4
Dr Russell performs a facelift, staff head on a luxury trip to London, and Darren and Tom celebrate Ophelia’s first Christmas. Nicola visits the clinic for her acne scarring.
