Synopsis
Residents of a sheltered accommodation block run by a warden go about their business.

A red serviette finds its way into a communal white wash and Julie discusses her pregnancy with Daphne.

The 'influenza' illness is becoming an epidemic after Lynne falls ill causing concern that the illness is something more. Mike gets confronted about the fish he stored in the communal freezer.

The Dunn's have found a new flat and Mike takes Elsie out for a motorcycle ride. Harry starts a petition after losing a vote to allow Trevor's boyfriend to stay. Julie is admitted to hospital.
