Synopsis
Join toolbox Trojan Tommy Walsh, as our man helps out four families who, rather than sell up and move on, are determined to re-develop their own homes. Sparks are sure to fly!

Toolbox trojan Tommy takes a Brixham family to task over their garage conversion, as the burley builder offers a modern masterclass in expert DIY.
Episode 2
Tommy revisits the loft conversion, hoping to see the project in its finishing stages but he finds himself laying floorboards and plastering the walls.
Episode 3
Tommy meets a family in Brixham who are short of a bedroom and want to convert their garage. He also views a unique timber-framed renovation.
Episode 4
Tommy revisits the garage extension to see how the builders are progressing, and also gets the chance to chill out in a meditation hall.
Episode 5
The garage extension nears completion, and Tommy takes a look into the quarrying of ancient building materials and checks out a young person's annex.
Episode 6
When a disused basement is converted into a hi-tech gym, Tommy's expertise is called on to keep it fresh and free from damp. There's also a visit to a North Devon swimming pool & spa extension.
Episode 7
The basement-gym conversion is underway, with Tommy returning to fit a sauna, plus a look at a nuclear bunker being converted into a spectacular home.
Episode 8
Tommy meets a man from Plymouth who has decided to build his own kitchen extension. They both make a start on laying and digging the foundations. Tommy also visits a Gothic Bath conservatory.
Episode 9
Back in Plymouth, Tommy revisits the kitchen extension to see how the project is progressing and talks through drainage, guttering and soakaways. There's also a visit to a first floor Devon building project.
Episode 10
Tommy makes his final visit to the kitchen extension where he shows off his patio laying skills, plus a bungalow is converted into a house.
