Chapter 1: Amiss
An occult ritual gone wrong. A monster on the farm. Two deaths in two towns on the opposite sides of the world cause horrific monsters to manifest.
Chapter 2: Blight
The Johansens struggle to stay a family under the mounting pressure of the investigation into Ingrid's death, while Rachel and Toby navigate the consequences of Joy's death.
Chapter 3: Penance
Rachel is forced into the uncomfortable position of having to recruit Toby into the Foundation. Karl reconnects with his wife's sister, Mette, causing friction with Astrid.
Chapter 4: Severance
The Johansens prepare for their matriarch's funeral, while members of the Foundation prepare for an arcane ritual they hope will put an end to the Withering.
Chapter 5: Vanished
After Toby's conflict with the Foundation comes to a head, the disappearance of their children sends the lives of both families deeper into chaos and despair.

The families contend with their children's increasingly disturbing behavior as they close in on a Foundation heretical sect that may be the source of their children's troubles.

With The Heralds unmasked, Astrid and Rachel must work together to apprehend them and stop their children's increasingly disturbing behavior.
Chapter 16: Judgment
Rachel and Astrid decide what to do with the Heralds, but then the monsters set their sights on the children, while Hope's Junction and Stilledan are plunged into complete chaos.
