Isabelle, a nutrition student, must take into consideration the residents' multiple dietary restrictions in order to concoct a menu that will please both young and old. Lumina, Anne-Sophie's roommate, dies suddenly.
L'inspection
Big stress at Belâgio: an inspector visits the residence! Dugas and the residents help each other to avoid a possible closure. Meanwhile, Camille introduces Doris to dating apps in order to calm her overflowing libido.

Lumina's sisters come to visit her. Anne-Sophie does everything she can to hide the fact that Lumina is dead. Conversely, Isidore never has any visitors. JF makes it his mission to help him reconnect with his son.
Locataire recherche
After Lumina dies, it's time to figure out who will take her place. Zeke, who is a hypochondriac, believes he has caught a deadly virus. Camille takes advantage of her condition to feed her social networks.
Catfish
To become "cool", Isabelle agrees to wear the costume of the university's sports mascot. Marcel is the victim of an Internet scammer. Dugas asks Camille to do some prevention work with the residents on the dangers of phishing.
Football
Marcel, who trains every morning in the room, offers JF, who has to go to football trials to try out for the team, to become his coach. Doris asks Camille for help, because she thinks she has an STI. Camille asks Anne-Sophie for help. They organize a screening clinic at the residence. All residents must submit to it. Zeke looks for his pills while Isidore starts painting.

Rosemonde hires Zeke as a driver to run her errands in town. They eventually end up running JF's errands too, but this puts them in a difficult position. When Marcel returns from his walk, he claims to have been attacked on the trail. Self-defense classes are held at the residence. Isidore's son visits him for his birthday, much to the latter's dismay...
La panne
Zeke has to give an oral presentation for one of his classes. He is looking for an old object. Marcel comes to his rescue. Dugas has an automated door system installed that is less useful in the event of a power outage. Camille joins Anne-Sophie and Rosemonde, upon their return from the funeral service, to try to communicate with Lumina's spirit.
