When Can and his boys want to celebrate their good friend passing his training exam, they have no idea that the evening will take an unwanted turn. First, they are denied entry to the shisha bar due to the new security measures following the incidents in Hanau, then the last trains have already left and so begins a journey through Cologne's nightlife full of rejection, discriminatory door policies and an escalating police check.
Ukraine
While reporting on Ukraine, Karla decides to take in a refugee at home. But when a young Syrian man is suddenly waiting for Karla instead of a Ukrainian woman, her whole worldview is shaken. A seemingly small mistake in bureaucracy that puts the relationship between Karla and her husband Eren to the test.

When the prospective teacher Sahra begins her traineeship at a high school shortly after the terrorist attack on September 11th, she has no idea that the recent events will forever mark a turning point for her as a young Muslim woman. The fact that the young high school graduate Mahmud does not take part in a minute's silence in her class not only has far-reaching consequences for Mahmud: Sahra also becomes the target of the teachers.
Charlie Hebdo
Kenan is a young, aspiring art student. A few days after the attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, the annual exhibition at his art school is taking place. Alongside Kenan's photos from his "hood", Mohammed caricatures are also on display. When his Muslim friends visit the exhibition, two worlds collide.
