The Brothers McGregor (1985)
Synopsis
Black and white half-brothers Wesley and Cyril McGregor run an extremely dodgy secondhand car business out of Liverpool. A comedic spin-off from ITV's soap opera Coronation Street, the producers were unable to get Tony Osoba and Carl Chase to reprise the roles, so Paul Barber and Philip Whitchurch were cast instead. For two characters who appeared in a single May 1982 episode, The Brothers McGregor was very popular, running for four series.

Cyril attempts to sell a dodgy car with an out of hours test drive to a youngster. A colleague covers for him but he returns to his place of work prematurely.

Wesley gets a booking for Cyril to sing at a nightclub in Stoke.
The Impressive Address
Wesley finds new business premises.
Nye Jenkins
Cyril meets Nye Jenkins going about his business with his sandwich board as usual proclaiming the end of the world is nigh and makes a joke about Nye having already booked his summer holidays. Wesley decides the car pitch needs a new image.
