Synopsis
The TV series "Your Name Is Varvara" reveals to the viewer what is hidden in the shadows of life, i.e. what human life (according to the latest findings) looks like in the modern world today. Without a classic main character, and with Varvara as the first among equals, this series, through ten episodes, describes in detail the fates of several main characters who are all focused on one common goal - the search for happiness.

Episode 1
On an empty road in the plain, young Mina hitchhikes without a clear destination. In the ambulance, she meets Trapi, and their journey develops into an intimate conversation between two strangers who carry their own losses and disappointments. In the monastery, young nun Varvara suppresses physical and emotional unrest, trying to find peace in the strict everyday life.
Episode 2
Vladimir meets Mina, who suddenly appears as a translator for the French delegation at his workplace. Their meeting becomes a clash of two generations and two worldviews. In the village, we follow Milena, a teenager living in difficult social circumstances.
Episode 3
The young man (Isidor) from the yacht goes through a series of questionable checks and unusual waits, while slowly revealing that he has ended up in something far more serious than an ordinary seasonal job. While Sanja and Vladimir's marriage is increasingly showing cracks, in a painful conversation with Abbess Efimija, Milena tells her own story for the first time, symbolically starting a new life.
Episode 4
Isidore tries to free himself from the burden he carries, moving the danger from one world to another, convinced that this will restore control. At the same time, a bandit appears in the monastery, bringing with him a threat.
Episode 5
In the silence of the monastery, the nuns perform an act that will change the balance between faith, guilt, and silence. At the same time, Vladimir delves deeper into the realm of informal solutions, searching for a man whose knowledge lies on the border between science and magic.
Episode 6
Strange signs begin to appear where silence should have remained intact, reminding the nuns that the past cannot be easily buried. Mina confronts her own fear and makes a decision that irrevocably changes her life.
Episode 7
Mina finds refuge with Vladimir, and the fight for Filip's life reaches a critical point, leaving Sanja completely exposed to loss. On the verge of despair, an unexpected encounter prevents her final downfall.
Episode 8
Help arrives from afar, but clashes with different, alternative approaches to healing Filip's ailing. A young man on a yacht tries to escape his past. Vladimir faces serious questions about his own role in Mina's case for the first time.
Episode 9
Sanja's life gains a new structure that allows her to survive in everyday life. At the same time, Varvara blurs the line between duty and feelings. Mina learns news that closes a chapter in her life.
Episode 10
A sudden visit from Mina's mother in the hospital suggests the possibility of a different life after all, but escape remains the only option. At the nunnery, Varvara receives a letter she was not expecting.
Episode 11
Varvara feels the need to confront what she left behind, but she hits a wall. As the ensuing conversations lead to the disintegration of a family community, Mina hatches a plan to escape.
Episode 12
An escape and a chance encounter brings Varvara and Mina together, only to realize that they are connected by the same ailing. Their journey leads to a place they both see as a possible new beginning. As the police close one circle of the investigation, the traces of the crime disappear in the fire, erasing the evidence.
