Synopsis
When a desolate Israeli outpost comes under siege after a surprise Egyptian attack, the surviving soldiers must choose between a hopeless battle, or follow the Doctor's plan that may save them, but comes with a great price.

Surprise Attack
Nahum, a reserve doctor, finds himself in an isolated outpost at the edge of the Suez Canal, where the war catches him completely by surprise. While Commander Shlomo and his fighters repel enemy attacks, Nahum struggles to save the lives of the many wounded in the field hospital.
The Man Is the Steel
The Armored Corps troops desperately try to defend the besieged outpost from the Egyptian tank assault. Meanwhile, back home, the doctor's wife is anxious about his fate and tries to locate him. After the soldiers realize what has happened to Bar-Lev, they prepare for a final battle.
The Doctor's Option
After four days of fighting, the Egyptians switch to a war of attrition against the outpost. Medical supplies are running low, and Dr. Nahum begins to clash with Shlomo, the company commander.
I Change the Order
After the navy attempted to reach the besieged outpost, a debate erupted in the General Staff over whether the fighters at the pier should surrender voluntarily or hold out at all costs.
The Moment of Truth
The fighters at the pier deliberately surrender according to the plan proposed by the doctor and are transferred to a prison in Cairo, where they undergo harsh treatment. Company commander Shlomo concludes his testimony before the Agranat Commission, and Dr. Nahum emerges shaken from his interrogation by the Military Police Criminal Investigation Division.
