Synopsis

Juraini, a village girl, grew up under the strict supervision of her father, Ustaz Talib, who was very strict with her family. At work, Juraini met Nathan, a kind-hearted non-Muslim man. When her relationship with her father became strained, Juraini decided to follow Nathan back to his homeland (overseas). There, they got married and Juraini changed her name to Joanna.
