Synopsis

Belgians are born with a brick in their stomachs, the construction fair is our national celebration, and DIY is practically the Belgian national pastime. Andy Peelman and his wife Tine are also pursuing the quintessential Belgian dream: building their own home. But a dream house costs not only a full savings account but also liters of blood, sweat, and tears. Andy and Tine experience this firsthand when they get the full package of construction woes on their (new) roof. From the first brick to… crooked walls: Andy and the Brick Belgians takes VTM 2 viewers on this personal rollercoaster, where construction stress and frustrations alternate with a healthy dose of humor.
