Synopsis
In the midst of a masculinity crisis, four friends in their forties are losing their throne, privileges and identity; years ago, they would have been alpha males in charge of their lives, but they have had to live in the era of equality.

Episode 3
Andi and Silke each try to medicate their problems away. After moving in with Cem, Erik comes up with a plan to get back in Kim's good graces.

When the guys head to Munich for a ski trip, the fate of an old friend leaves Ulf feeling paranoid. Meanwhile, Silke gives in to temptation.

The guys attend a seminar on modern masculinity. Elif does what she can to tiptoe around Ulf's pride. Silke gets into a bit of trouble while sexting.

Cem hides his dating life from Ulf. Andi makes a painful discovery. Ulf embarrasses Elif at an event. Kim and Erik experiment in the bedroom.

Elif clashes with Ulf over his viral videos. Cem rekindles an old flame. Kim tells Erik about a new job offer. Andi's frustrations finally boil over.
