As Jesy begins a new chapter in her life, she reflects on her early days as a performer and the The X Factor audition that changed her life forever. Jesy and partner, Zion, are expecting twins, and she has never been happier. But at a routine scan, they are given some worrying news about the pregnancy. Jesy is hit hard when they share the news on social media.

Jesy reveals the highs and lows of her X Factor journey including how she was cruelly trolled for her looks and when the press uncovered her father's criminal past. Zion recalls the moments when their romance blossomed and how his support helped her at her lowest points. But there is more concerning news with the pregnancy as Jesy must undergo an emergency operation and stay in hospital.

Jesy and Zion's exciting new chapter continues as they leave Essex to start a new life on the Cornish coast with the twins. Jesy reflects on her solo career - she was finally able to take creative control. But her musical dream soon became a nightmare - sparking major controversy, when she was accused of 'blackfishing'. After a day on the beach, Zion has a life-changing surprise for Jesy.
