Synopsis
In the heart of Naples, the Spaccanapoli Police Station is established to combat crime in the most affected areas. It is led by Deputy Commissioner Paola Ricci, a law-abiding officer who often clashes with Sergio Vitale, the impulsive and direct leader of the "Falchi" (Falchi). The Squad must confront crime but also its own vulnerabilities.

Ciro De Rosa was a hero / One centimeter at a time
The new Spaccanapoli Police Station is being inaugurated on the site of a former drug dealing hub, the same site where Officer Ciro De Rosa was killed by the Camorra. Vitale, caught by Ricci in the hideout of De Rosa's killer, claims he doesn't know the Camorra member's identity and that he arrived there by chance, following the directions of an informant. The deputy commissioner doubts his sincerity.
With my informants / There's always another way
Deputy Commissioner Paola Ricci hunts down Vitale's informants to determine whether the inspector actually received a tip from one of them that led him accidentally to the crime boss Bruno Sannino, the murderer of police officer De Rosa. Ricci, increasingly intent on restoring order and legality to the neighborhood, organizes a raid on the market and extensive checks throughout the area. The operation, however, interrupts Vitale's investigation, and he decides to act alone. Francesco Silla, a new member of the Falcons, feels marginalized but finds support in Battiston and Sciacca.
How much does a child cost / My father's gun
After discovering that Vitale had been secretly investigating the murder of police officer Ciro De Rosa, Deputy Commissioner Paola Ricci decides to intervene: she forces Chief Inspector De Falchi and Sorrentino to don their uniforms and assigns them the task of promoting the new online reporting booth. In the historic center, a tourist is mugged in front of Vicky and Silla, who give chase. During their escape, the thief manages to steal Vicky's gun, which belonged to her father, Ciro, an object of great sentimental value, received on her first day on duty.
Man in the box / Stopping a war
A man's body is found in a wooden box inside a garage. Initial tests reveal that the victim died of starvation, in terrible conditions. Walter approaches the case with anguish, reflecting on his loneliness and stagnant career. Paola Ricci obtains a warrant to bug Luigi Profeta's home, holding him responsible for the guerrilla warfare in the neighborhood. Vitale discovers a new clan led by the Sansone family. Bruno Coppola, without a license, has his betting shop closed, and Gabriele, his son, decides to help him with risky means.
Do it for Sergio / This time it's personal
Fusco asks Vitale to dispose of a body to protect Isabella Iovine, but Sergio refuses. The deputy commissioner then involves Sorrentino, who falls for the trick. Meanwhile, Ricci saves a homeless man from an explosion at the port. The investigation reveals a suspected criminal record for the mooring manager involved in the fire. Ricci suspects Ciccone for the leak, but she drops the case when Vitale's sister, Cristiana, is found in a state of confusion following an assault. Meanwhile, a young man dies of an overdose during a boxing match. Coppola defends the coach, who is suspected of drug-related offences.
He who makes a mistake pays / It's fear that keeps us together
While an internal investigation into the leak, commissioned by Ricci, is underway at the police station, Sergio receives a phone call from his colleague Alberto Lenzi: Elisa Scotto, the former prostitute whom the hawk helped leave the business, is dying in a hotel room. The right-hand man of crime boss Bruno Sannino, who revealed the Camorrista's hideout to Vitale, leading to his capture, is tortured and killed. Our team is convinced that the killers were seeking information from him about Isabella Iovine, Sannino's partner.
Always knowing everything / Perfect mechanism
A shipment of drugs laced with atropine triggers tragic events: a man kills his dog, a boy commits suicide, a mother threatens her son. Vitale investigates to stop the massacre. Meanwhile, Gabriele Coppola, to help his father in debt, begins to commit crimes, but his inexperience gets him into trouble. The Sansone clan is running the drug trade in the neighborhood: its members must be identified quickly to solve the problem. Francesco and Vicky immediately begin tailing the local dealers and notice a strange movement: the pushers take money from customers, but do not deliver drugs.
Trust me, I'll fix this / Desperate times call for desperate measures
The Falchis are keeping watch on the Sansone clan's drug dealing hub, but the Camorra members remain vigilant. Vitale discovers that the tape containing evidence of De Rosa's corruption has been sold and attempts to recover it. Meanwhile, Sciacca analyzes film rolls to solve a murder case. The body of a Camorra member is found in a lake. He was tracking Isabella Iovine, suspected of stealing drugs from a rival clan. Vitale is worried: Fusco had asked him to make him disappear. A witness sees her with a young man, unaware that the man is Sorrentino.
We frame Profeta / Trojan horse
Boss Luigi Profeta, preoccupied with planning his sister Lucia's wedding, seems uninterested in the drug dealing hub run by the Sansone clan in his neighborhood. Vitale confronts him for information. The Falchi clan, stationed for days in an apartment across the street from the drug dealing hub, is monitoring the Sansone clan's movements. A wiretap suggests a shipment of drugs is about to arrive. Our team intervenes quickly, but there's no sign of the drugs.
I don't see, I don't hear, I don't speak... / Was it worth it?
Ciccone investigates the death of a student attacked in a bar by a small-time delinquent incapable of following the rules. Witnesses remain silent, and no one finds the courage to reveal what happened: they are all afraid of the attacker's possible retaliation. The police station is under pressure from the operation against the Sansone clan. Ciccone is distracted by his mother, who asks for help with a bag snatching. Meanwhile, the police discover that drugs are being transported through Naples' underground tunnels. Wiretaps reveal the imminent arrival of a large shipment.
Dirty laundry / Losing your head
Gaetano Sansone doesn't show up for his wife's funeral, but a young man records the ceremony on behalf of the clan. Discovered, he is placed under surveillance by Vitale, Sorrentino, and Silla. Meanwhile, Marciano investigates a suspected foster care situation, and Vicky, emerging from a coma, identifies her attackers. Vicky receives a mysterious call at the hospital, but the woman who wants to meet her is hit by a car before the appointment. Meanwhile, Ricci witnesses a jewelry store robbery, where a customer is killed in self-defense. The deputy commissioner investigates the motive for her desperate act.
Tell me he's not dead / He's one of the gang
Days have passed, and there's no sign of Salvatore Sciacca. At the Spaccanapoli police station, everyone is busy searching, but there's no clue. Only one thing is certain: the Sicilian superintendent was kidnapped by the wanted mafia boss Gaetano Sansone, who is nowhere to be found. The trial of the hawkish Alberto Lenzi, suspended from duty pending sentencing, continues: a new witness claims to have seen the officer shoot an unarmed football fan. Vitale assembles the hawkish team to investigate the life of the star witness, with no criminal record.
Putting patches / It hurts too much
Isabella Iovine has returned to Naples, and Ricci mobilizes the team to find her. Vito Sorrentino, involved in her illicit dealings, fears her arrest will compromise him. Meanwhile, Ciccone and Coppola investigate the case of Teresa Bertoni, a key witness held captive by her parents to prevent her from testifying. During a theft investigation, Spaccanapoli police find the body of an elderly man hidden by his wife, revealing an illicit trafficking ring in cemetery niches. Ricci launches an investigation. Meanwhile, Bruno Coppola must repay a debt to the Profeta clan, and Gabriele receives a dangerous offer to help him. Gabriele Coppola disappears after the death of his friend, who was involved in an illicit business. Federico asks to join the investigation. Meanwhile, a woman dies suddenly in severe pain. Sciacca, aroused by a phone call from her husband, investigates and, guided by his instincts, makes a disturbing discovery.

Inspector Vitale takes a huge risk: in a seedy hotel, Vicky and Francesco find one of his informants stabbing his wife's lover. The investigation into the disappearance of a well-known businessman leads the hawks to the mafia boss Luigi Profeta. Ricci finds a way to summon the Camorrista to the police station. Meanwhile, a young man is arrested for drunk driving. Sorrentino confesses to Vitale about his relationship with his sister.
I want Marfella / Something between us two
The Spaccanapoli police are close to arresting crime boss Luigi Profeta thanks to a key witness. Meanwhile, Profeta threatens Vitale with revealing compromising information about Sorrentino and Ciro De Rosa. Ciccone is warned that his cleaning lady may be involved in international drug trafficking. The key witness who could incriminate Profeta has disappeared. Vitale, suspended by Ricci for unconvincing answers, secretly investigates and discovers that the man is not in the hands of the Camorra. Vitale tells Sorrentino about Profeta's blackmail, and the young hawk decides to confront the boss directly.

Vitale's investigative methods raise suspicions among the officers at the Spaccanapoli police station: many no longer trust him, Battiston first and foremost. But the team has no time to sort things out; they must tackle a new, urgent case. A complex case at the Spaccanapoli police station involves a woman, her new partner, and an obsessed ex-husband. Battiston tries to frame Vitale, asking Silla to record private conversations. After a party, a drunken Ciccone makes inappropriate advances toward his housekeeper, crossing the line.

A murder shakes the Chinese community, but no one speaks up. The body is found with a bunch of gladioli: a clear sign of mafia revenge. Meanwhile, Vitale and Sorrentino investigate the disappearance of a young man and find a compromising video of him with the wife of a neighborhood boss. Meanwhile, a woman is found hanging from a tree: the autopsy reveals she was strangled during sex. Vicky links the case to an online dating ring.

Vicky and Silla hear gunshots coming from an isolated villa. Inside, a body. A young man flees armed: Vicky shoots him in self-defense. This is just the beginning. The daughter of a Secondigliano Camorra boss is found dead. Her distraught father refuses police help and seeks revenge. The investigation leads to the Professor, Luigi Profeta's cousin. Fearing his involvement, the boss blackmails Sorrentino with a compromising video: he must protect his family or lose everything. A Camorra war erupts in the neighborhood, and Profeta's son is injured. Ricci proposes a truce, while Vitale plans the boss's arrest and tries to protect Sorrentino, but is forced to reveal the truth about Ciro De Rosa. During the conference held to mark the six-month anniversary of the police station, Vicky discovers something shocking.
