Synopsis
Twelve-year-old twins Edgar and Ellen live alone in an eerie mansion where they get into all kinds of mischief, inventing bizarre machines and pulling pranks on each other and the residents of their sickly sweet town, Nod's Limbs.

Edgar targets the Mayor, but he's not the only target.
