Synopsis
Koyomi Araragi, a high school student, finds himself constantly encountering girls afflicted by supernatural "oddities." He dedicates himself to helping them, often with the aid of the eccentric specialist Meme Oshino. Each arc talks about a different girl's unique struggle and the mysterious cause of their affliction. The series explores themes of adolescence, personal growth, and the complexities of human relationships. It's known for its witty dialogue, stylistic animation, and unique narrative structure.

On his way to Hitagi's house, Koyomi bumps in to Suruga Kanbaru, the school's basketball star and an old friend of Hitagi, of whom he can't get rid of. Later that day, Koyomi is attacked by a mysterious being.

Tasked by Meme, Koyomi heads to a lonely temple to attach a prayer slip. There he sees a dead snake that has been severed into five parts.

Koyomi taps into Meme’s powers in order to lift the snake’s curse from Nadeko Sengoku, a mysterious girl he encounters at the temple.
Tsubasa Cat (1)
Nadeko comes to thank Koyomi, and the two geek out over a shared interest. Tsubasa Hanekawa passes by and suddenly complains of an acute headache.
Tsubasa Cat (2)
Koyomi is over the moon when Hitagi announces their first date will finally happen. But on the day of, he finds that she is not the only one there.
