Synopsis
Factory was a comedy television series. It premiered on Sunday, 29 June 2008 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern/9:00 p.m. Central on Spike. The series, produced by 3 Arts Entertainment, is directed by and stars Mitch Rouse and fellow comedians Michael Coleman, Jay Leggett and David Pasquesi. The pilot episode of the show has been made available free on iTunes. The show starred and was produced by Mitch Rouse, formerly of According To Jim.

An untimely death at the factory pits four coworkers against each other as they vie for the new opening in the inaugural episode of the sitcom series.

After a bag of marijuana is found in the locker room, drug counselors are sent to the factory. Elsewhere, the guy's wives are finding it thrilling to break the law.

A new piece of machinery makes its debut on the factory floor, and Chase promptly cuts his finger off. As he and Gus attempt to woo an attractive nurse, Gary and Smitty decide to goof off around the hospital.
Model Employee
The guys try to look sexy after they learn that one of their peers will be posing for a "Blue Collar Boys" calendar.
Camping
The middle school's career day finds Smitty and Gary upstaged by a butcher. Meanwhile, the guys find a way to bond while on a camping trip, drinking alcohol.
