Synopsis
Welcome to this (nearly) world-class hotel run by (incompetent) Muppets. They are joined by Elmo and the Cookie Monster (guest reader on Bedtime Stories) who has landed his dream job as a waiter.

The Furchesters need to think hard to stop Cookie Monster from eating guest Mr Crumb when there are no more of the waiter's favourite snacks left in the dining room.
Very Important Porcupine
Phoebe and Elmo feel sorry for a lonely porcupine, and must think carefully to stop the creature's spines becoming a prickly problem when they play games together.

Professor Fleece teaches the Furchesters to yodel when their phone stops working, but problems ensue!

Preschool puppet show. Phoebe and Elmo need all their creative skills when looking after five excitable chickens!

Elmo and Phoebe are determined not to fall asleep so they can meet Mr Screetch the owl. To stay awake, they try balancing and cookies

Phoebe and Elmo create Furchester TV when two ducks check in and say they cannot miss their favourite shows.

Phoebe and Elmo help two penguins learn how to bobsleigh, but their sled needs mending after a collision on the track with the tea time monsters.

Keeping the sculpture of Funella safe proves to be a difficult task when Cookie Monster, a giant squid and the Tea Time Monsters are in the hotel.
Caterpillar Catastrophe
The Furchester family members must think like a caterpillar while searching the hotel when they think they have lost a guest named Mr Squigglebottom.
Furchester On Wheels
Funella overhears the tortoise guests say that the hotel service is slow, so she becomes determined to make it fast.
Monster Monster Day
Monster Monster visits only one hotel on Monster Monster Day. Elmo really wants it to be the Furchester, but there's a problem when the lift stops working.
Peckity Woodpecker
It's chaos in the hotel when a woodpecker keeps pecking the walls and a musician doesn't turn up for a concert.
Super Rock
Super Rock flies into the hotel - but his cape tears and he thinks his powers have gone. Phoebe and Elmo have to help Super Rock be super again.

Preschool puppet show. When a heavy bear falls asleep in the lobby, the Furchesters try to get him up the stairs and into bed.

Preschool puppet show. It's ballroom dance weekend but the floor is so shiny the dancers slip over.

Phoebe is jealous because Bebe seems so much better at stopping monsters.
Furgus and the New Plant
The monsters must find the perfect spot for a fussy potted plant who complains about everything - even the curtains.

Phoebe loses her special key, which opens every door in the hotel. How can she remember when she last saw it?
Mr Lawnmower
A goat checks in, eats all the food, then starts to eat the furniture! Meanwhile, Furgus struggles to trim a vine that just doesn't stop growing.

The Furchesters need creative ways to help a tired pony take a rest when all the guests want to take a ride.
Skunks Welcome
Guests smell a skunk and want to check out, so Phoebe and Elmo have to stop the friendly skunk from spraying when he's surprised.

A cow guest loses a precious hair curler. The Furchesters bring in two mice to search the hotel.

The writer of Mooga Monster books checks in. She needs Furchester and lots of monster help to write her new story.

The hotel can be a big and noisy place if you are a tiny, quiet ant - so Phoebe and Elmo need to find him the perfect room.

Furgus and Funella think there is one Ms Woolly but there are more - they're identical sisters!

It's a catastrophe when Funella's arms are stuck open wide and she can't welcome the guests. Funella must rest for a whole day.

Elmo is having his portrait painted but he just can't stop moving and needs the Furchesters to help him sit still.

The luggage trolley breaks so Furgus replaces it with a donkey.
Problem Parrot
A parrot copies every woof, meow and monster noise! The Furchesters try to calm the chaos.
Dinosaur In Room 223
A dinosaur surprises Elmo, then seems to disappear. The Furchesters go on a dino hunt to find their oldest, biggest guest.
Wake Up Call
Funella has to remember to crow like cockerel when a guest needs to wake up on time.
The Blooming
Guests arrive to see the most beautiful flower. The Furchesters need to help the flower to bloom.
Ripe 'n' Shine
Funella wants to make her fruit guests happy in the hotel's new Ripening Lounge.
Walking the Dog
Furgus opens a dog-walking service but the dog would rather play chase!
The Lost Jacket
Phoebe and Elmo help a jacket find her owner.
Monster Glue
The Furchesters are accidentally stuck together and need to find Monser Unstick to keep the hotel running.

Phoebe helps Elmo find a special hat while Furgus and Funella search for a guest's missing headwear.

Funella hires an enthusiastic bunny to help Furgus with his work but the bunny starts to take over the hotel.

The Furchesters have to keep an egg safe in the lobby when the ceiling starts to fall down.

Elmo accidentally gives Phoebe's monster toy to a guest. They decide to get it back - but the guest is a sleeping tiger!
Lobby Race
Elmo faces up to Charlton the Champion in the lobby obstacle race. Phoebe shows him how to run the course.
Hotel Inspector
The Furchesters have to distract a hotel inspector's attention while they sort out a lot of problems.
The Lamb Stampers
Two of the three dancing sheep become ill, so Phoebe and Elmo must learn their steps in time to fill in.
