Synopsis
The Lupin Collection, a vast ensemble of dangerous items acquired by the legendary gentleman thief Arsène Lupin, is stolen by an interdimensional crime syndicate known as the Ganglars. However, they receive opposition from two Super Sentai teams: the Lupinrangers, who aim to steal back the collection to live up their namesake's reputation and save those they have lost, and the Patrangers, who are tasked with upholding justice by retrieving the collection and taking down the Gangler.

The Troublemaking Phantom Thieves
The Lupinranger obtain part of the Lupin Collection upon arriving at a Gangler casino and acquire a tip about another the next day. Meanwhile, GSPO's Commissioner receives a package that he's been waiting for.
Global Police, Chase After Them
The Patranger arrive at the scene, causing the Lupinranger to flee; Keiichirou promises a group of civilians retribution for what had happened to them, which is overheard by Kairi who remembers why he became a Lupinranger; Patranger use Good Striker, which then abandons them for the Lupinranger.
We Will Take Them Back No Matter What
Tooma gets antsy, wanting to rush into things with the police and get caught; Sakuya becomes depressed after a battle and Kairi sends the Patranger into a Ganglar trap.
An Unacceptable Relationship
People are disappearing in locked rooms and the common link is a stuffed animal that Tsukasa is enticed by; Umika gives up information to the police.
The Targeted Global Police
The Lupinranger track a Ganglar, but hold back when he meets with Destra; Hilltop is ambushed while transporting new items of the Lupin Collection; Kairi and Keiichirou each end up with an item, which results in a duel to see who gets both.
What to Protect
Keiichirou is annoyed at losing to Lupin Red, causing Tsukasa to snap him out of it, and Kairi is reveling in his supposed anguish.
Always Being Saved
Sakuya asks Umika out on a date, but she throws his number in the garbage. After a Ganglar swallows Kairi and Tooma, Umika invites Sakuya to the next restaurant that is likely to be attacked.
The Phantom Thieves' Identities
Tsukasa thinks she has caught on to the identities of the phantom thieves, but Good Striker appears to Kairi before the police can fully set their plan in motion. After the stakeout fails, Jim Carter stumbles into a Ganglar hideout.
To See Them Again
Umika is excited that a famous French jewelry designer is visiting Japan. Kairi plans to steal the pendant on her necklace, which is likely a part of the Lupin Collection, but she brings up sour memories of his brother. The Patranger create a fake pendant in order to catch the Ganglar in a trap.
It Is Not Over Yet
Kairi is bummed after Blue and Yellow failed to recover a collection piece in time, but Keiichirou unknowingly gives him a tip that would lead to an alternate way in getting his brother back; Umika has a discussion with Sakuya, which reveals a new detail about the previous battle.
The Filming Must Go On
Since the Lupinranger are gaining popularity, Commissioner Hilltop sets the Patranger up with a movie deal in order to have them do the same. However, a Ganglar has infiltrated the film set and turned Sakuya into a girl!
The Magic Bracelet
Both the Patranger and Lupinranger have trouble catching up with an extremely speedy Ganglar. Umika is able to remove his collection piece, but it is taken by a young boy who wants to be better at track, with Tooma on the case to get it back.
The Best and Worst Day Off
Tsukasa visits the amusement park on her day off where she just so happens to run into Umika at the ticket counter. The two are not only forced to share a ticket at the park, but also get chained together after running into a Ganglar in the haunted house.
The Set Trap
The Patranger are on the case after a young boy tries to fight the bad guys, reminding Keiichirou of himself as a boy, and receive a new collection piece in the process. The Lupinranger discover that their are two Ganglar, but find that between the two of them, they only have one collection piece.
A Police Officer's Duty
All three Patranger are rushed to the hospital, with Keiichirou having the most extensive injuries due to being poisoned. Umika and Kairi go to visit the police, but Sakuya and Tsukasa take off because their is still a Ganglar on the loose.
Because We Are Comrades
The Patranger examine a destroyed Ganglar's safe; a new Ganglar appears and accidentally swaps bodies with Tooma, but now likes his new body and will not switch back.
Secret Feelings
Keiichirou has met a girl at Jurer, but does not get the hint that she is into him. Umika takes things into her own hands and attempts to get the two of them to spit out their feelings.
The Secret of the Collection
The Patranger fight a revived monster whose remains were previously held in HQ; Kogure tells the Lupinranger the story of Arsène Lupin and Good Striker.
Compensation for Disobeying Orders
Sakuya steps in when a woman is being harassed, but the man takes offense and gets his payback when the Patranger visit Jurer with their strict boss and almost gets Sakuya fired!
The New Phantom Thief Is a Police Officer
A new phantom thief arrives from France and scares off a Ganglar. The next day, Kairi is shocked to learn of this when a man loudly exclaims to him that he is Lupin X, but Keiichirou then arrests him. Hilltop hears of this and barges into the interrogation room where he explains that the man is actually a cop.
Friend or Foe? On Board or Not?
Neither the Lupinranger nor the Patranger trust Noel, and so he must try to change that.
Love Is an Indispensable Part of Life
Noel finds out about Sakuya's crush on Umika and attempts to play cupid. However, his plan backfires when Umika is attacked and cannot transform unless revealing her identity.
Status Gold
After the Patranger struck out, Noel tells Tooma about a culinary school that is suspected to have a Ganglar on the inside; a Ganglar with a gold safe has entered the playing field.
A Promise to Return Alive
Kairi investigates about a lucky pendant, but is interrupted by the Patrangers, which leads to he and Tsukasa having a heart-to-heart conversation.
I Will Make You Stronger Than Ever
Noel is injured and taken in by Kairi, who still doesn't trust him; both teams must work together to open the Ganglar's gold safe.
The Underground Auction
Noel gets a tip about an illegal auction having a Lupin Collection piece on display, so he and Umika go undercover with Kogure's checkbook.
Yes-Man Dancing
Tooma tries helping out a man on the street and gets persuaded to join a martial arts class. Much to his surprise, the assistant teacher of the class is Sakuya!
More Fighting on My Birthday
Umika's father shows up at the restaurant on her birthday and gets the wrong impression of Kairi; the Patranger do battle with a Ganglar, but Noel thinks that the Lupinranger are better suited to deal with his powers.
Photos Are Memories
The Patranger talk about throwing Noel a welcome party when the Ganglar show up and Keiichirou gets his memories stolen! The memories have turned into photographs, with several missing, and the Lupinranger are now in possession of one.
The Two Are on a Date
Noel is suspicious when the police tell him that Keiichirou is going on vacation and so he sends Kairi in as a spy.
The Gangler Who Surrendered
The Patranger arrive on the scene to discover a Ganglar being attacked by his own comrades. Tsukasa becomes the most trusting and the Ganglar tells her to watch out for Gauche, who has been collecting safes. However, Noel is still very suspicious and has been forbidden from taking the Ganglar's collection piece.
A Challenge to a Duel
The Lupinranger discover that a Ganglar with five safes cannot have them opened individually. Noel asks Keiichirou for help and the two end up in a duel.
We Are the Young Phantom Thieves
The Lupinranger show up ready to fight a Ganglar, but get turned into children instead! Umika drops her VS Changer, which is found by the police, and so the thieves must steal it back.
The Legendary Gun
The Lupinranger learn that Noel got himself caught in a trap while trying to obtain Lupin Magnum and go after it as well; the Patranger deal with a Ganglar that has been stealing guns.
The Good, the Bad, and the Normal
Kogure gets caught in a Ganglar attack with Kairi and is split into three people! Noel sends the Patranger to deal with the affected civilians while the Lupinranger have their hands full with the three Kogure.
Shoot the Bomb
Sakuya is hit with an attack that makes him careless. In order to soothe Keiichirou's rage, Sakuya accepts a necklace from a stranger.
Your Place to Return
A Ganglar has the ability to teleport people to their homes. Keiichirou decides to move out of his apartment and live outside to counteract this attack, but he encounters Tooma and Umika who tell him that they were kicked out and so he becomes intrigued as to what is up with Kairi.
The Collection Piece from Outer Space
The Patranger have a secret meeting, but end up being dispatched to fight two Ganglar at once and run into Zamigo. Afterward, Hilltop fills them in on the collection piece that is orbiting in outer space and are asked to retrieve it.
Bet on This
Umika and Tooma feign innocence after Noel asks if they know anything about Zamigo.
I Can't Stop Worrying
Kairi has been absent more than usual and so Tooma and Umika follow him, but they get sidetracked by a Ganglar that hits them with a spell that makes people worry too much.
The Door to Another World
The Patranger and Lupinranger are getting along nicely in their civilian lives - except for Tooma and Tsukasa - when Destra attacks and sends the two into Ganglar world.
Time for Battle
Destra attacks Kairi and Noel, stealing two of their collection pieces. The Patranger and Lupinranger decide - separately - to use each other as bait for Destra.
The Man Who Came Back
Former Patranger team member Satoru arrives and is suspicious of a spy; the Lupinranger fight a Ganglar that had its collection piece stolen before being given a new one by Noel.
The Truth Found
On the run from the police, Noel is found by the Lupinranger who hear the truth from his own mouth; the Patranger don't want to believe that Noel is a spy.
Looking Forward to Christmas
Sakuya has been invited to a Christmas party by a young boy and recruits Tooma to cook the meal, but Sakuya and Kairi run into a Ganglar who is making everyone eat salmon instead of chicken for Christmas.
An Inescapable Game
While out on New Years, the Lupinranger are attacked by a Ganglar that traps them in a game. The four must pass various tests to escape while Keiichirou makes his case that the Jurer trio are the Lupinranger.
What I Can Do Right Now
Sakuya asks out Umika to prove that she isn't a Lupinranger, but the Patranger are called to fight Gauche and the Lupinranger spot Zamigo on the way.
The Face Behind the Mask
Noel is kidnapped and both the Patranger and Lupinranger go to rescue him, but Dogranio gives the Lupins an ultimatum of removing their masks.
As a Phantom Thief, as a Police Officer
The Lupinranger are on the run from the police when they learn that their loved ones will be killed to make disguises; Keiichirou tries to connect with Kairi.
Forever Adieu
Tooma and Umika escape police custody to help Kairi fight Zamigo; the Patranger are deployed to defeat Dogranio.
I Am Sure I Will See You Again
With the Lupinranger trapped in Dogranio's safe, it's up to the Patranger to defeat him once and for all.
