Dikolong (1990)
Synopsis
Dikolong is a Sesotho drama depicting college life at Tshiya College of Education, Qwaqwa, Free State, South Africa. Morobi and Mokwepa are troublesome college veteran students bullying freshmen and getting some of them into serious trouble. Tshediso from KwaThema, Gauteng, is one of the victims of bullying and is being advised by Mosala, a wise and sensible leader from Mmamahabane. Their roommates are Sello, an intelligent technician, from Phiritona and Maloka, an informant who is married with two kids.

The arrival
Students arrive at college and Tshediso become the first victim of bullying from Morobi and Mokwepa. Mosala demostrate his defiance for this kind of behaviour.
Classes resume
Morobi and Mokwepa promises to protect Tshediso but their intention are to use him to help them sell their liquor at college. Mosala stops them at their tracks.
The Game
The students prepare for the soccer game against Makabelane. Mokwepa and Morobi bribe the referee with a bottle of whiskey.
The Violence
The students lose against Makabelane and some students attack the referee.
The Strike
Three students are suspended from college for attacking the referee and other students bunk classes in solidarity.
Payback Time
Mokwepa is beaten for not paying the bookmakers. Taedi and Dineo's relationship get really serious.
The Mountains
Morobi leaves home to work for Danger in the mountains.
Responsibility
After learning that her girlfriend maybe pregnant, Taedi leaves home and takes to the mountains to work for Danger.
Off The Hook
Dineo discovers that she is not pregnant and Taedi quits working for Danger and comes back home.
The Recorder
Danger is suspicious about Tshediso and Selloane. Maloka is caught up in his lies.
Educational Tour
The students take an educational tour to the mountains. Morobi and Mokwepa push Maloka and his leg is injured.
The Fight
Mokwepa is taken to hospital after been beaten again. Selloane claims that Tshediso is responsible for her pregnancy.
Tshediso's Parents
Morobi and Mokwepa organizes fake parents for Tshediso. Tshediso, Morobi and Mokwepa turns to street crime.
