Synopsis
Commando follows a small group of ordinary Australians who take part in one of the toughest military Selection Course's in the world. A physically, and psychologically gruelling 6 weeks, designed to identify potential candidates for the 1st and 2nd Commando Regiments - extremely specialised, combat capable Australian Special Forces Units.

Episode 1

Episode 2
After 4 initial days of intensive activity and challenges, the gruelling commando selection course has reached it's most difficult period. Demarcation. An intense 3 to 4 day period, within the selection course, that consist of extreme challenges.
Episode 3
Having survived the notoriously difficult Commando Selection course, the candidates have now been admitted into the Commando Reinforcement Training Cycle.
Episode 4
After nearly 10 months of complex and rigorous training the candidates are now approaching the final stages of the Commando Reinforcement Training Cycle. They are still not qualified Commandos. Today, the candidates will be tested on a combination of
